All the creations I have put in tutorial form were created by me though various elements of Paint Shop Pro. The idea & concept is copyrighted to me.

These tutorials are created using various tools of PSP & outside filters, any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental. The tags you created are yours to do what you with as long as it is for not for monetary gain or merchandising. Please do NOT steal my ideas, rewrite, put them on another site, send through email or claim them as your own.

All supplies I have supplied with my tutorials are either, made by me, shared with me, or posted with a link to the creator. If you have discovered something that you have created & you have not been credited, please let me know & I will supply proper credit, or remove it.

I have purchased licenses for the artists who are featured in my tutorials. Please do not ask me for licensed tubes or artwork, I will NOT distribute them.

I'm sorry, but I do not allow my tutorials to be translated or placed anywhere else in any other capacity.

Please when linking to my tutorials can you link to the main page & not to the tutorial itself. You may share my tutorials within groups, but please leave me a shout so I can come visiting. None of my graphics are to be removed/linked from this site, hotlinking/bandwidth theft is a crime!
